Josie is about my most blood thirsty character. She kills constantly. She's also a lot of fun to play because she's my cut-loose character. When I'm really stressed I love to play her and have her cut someone down or make them explode.

Psychic-Imagery (Amazing)
Josie can form "holograms" in up to 3 people's minds at once. Only they can see it and while it does no physical harm, she can do up to Amazing mental harm. She can also use this to trick people into doing things she wants them to do such as give her information, attack others, etc.
Psychic Shield (Monstrous)
With the power of her mind Josie can put up one of two types of shields either seperately or at once. Shield one protects her and up to 4 people around her from psychic attacks, mind-reading, etc. No telepathy can be sent or recieved when the shield is in place. Shield two protects her and one other person at MN rank, up to 4 people at AM rank, and up to 10 at RM rank.
Micro-manipulation:
Josie can actually cast her shield inside a living body - or around just a specific part - then make it either expand until a body part explodes or contract it until it crushes an organ or body part.

Josie has an extreme fear of spiders. Just seeing one is liable to cause her to be mentally paralyzed for up to two rounds.

Josie is homeless and has spent most of her life going hungry. Therefore using her power is a strain on her body and at times she could pass out from using it too much.

Streetwise
History: Born to the streets, raised on the streets. That was Josie all over. Her mother was a mutant, but unfortuantly a drug addict and a hooker. Her father was one of her mother's Johns. Likely a very, very powerful mutant. For Josie's powers showed up while still in the womb. Her mother during the entire pregnancy actually abstained from drugs and hooking. She gave birth to Josie in an alley. Once Josie was born, however, her mother ran away, leaving the child in the care of another homeless woman who had lost her child. The woman was still producing milk and was in pain from lactating with no child to suckle. So naturally she used Josie just to relieve the pain. Somehow, someway, the woman bonded with this abandoned baby and named her Josie. She never gave her a last name, however.
When Josie was 7 a gang of teenage mutants raped the woman. The woman was murdered and Josie, who escaped being raped by using her mutant talent, was beaten and left for dead. She didn't die, however, and went on. When she was 10 she hunted down this gang and killed each one of them using her mutant talent which had gotten a lot stronger.
As she got older, Josie became a perfect thief, begger, and fighter. She could sing too and used this talent to earn money as she begged. The only thing that's kept her from being raped, getting hooked on drugs, or prostituting is her mutant talent. She doesn't know it, but she found her mother one day - dead. To her it was just another junkie. Her ather is still alive, however, and works closely with Apocolyspe. Though she doesn't know this. They look a lot alike. He has no idea of her existance. Just like she has no idea that her mother was a hooker and a junkie. To her, the woman that nursed her and named her was her mother.
Rats don't bug Josie, though she's spent many nights with them crawling over her as she slept. It's spiders that bug her. She was bit by one once and got extremely ill. Only her will to live kept her from dying from the spider's poison. Ever since she cannot move when she sees one near her. Someone else has to kill it before she can calm down enough to react. Or she has to be at least 5 feet away from it.
Josie could be beautiful if she hadn't been starving most of her life. Right now though she's mostly just bones with a few curves that defy her constant hunger. Three square meals a day and a good place to sleep - plus a hot bath - would take care of that though.
